Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful individual to join our team as a Solutions Engineer. Responsibilities:

  1. Consulting Training Program: Through an engagement with Techrategy, take part in a structured, year-long training program that covers various aspects of IT consulting, including product knowledge, consulting techniques, customer relationship management, objection handling, and industry best practices. Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and practical exercises to develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and sales methodologies.
  2. Solution Design and Development: Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and objectives. Design and develop tailored IT solutions that effectively address client needs, focusing on creating systems that align with their strategic goals.
  3. Technical Consultation and Client Interaction: Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing expert recommendations and insights. Establish and maintain strong relationships through regular consultations, ensuring a deep understanding of client environments and technical aspirations.
  4. Lead Generation and Technical Sales Support: Assist the sales team by identifying potential opportunities for technical engagements. Support sales efforts through technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and collaboration in proposal development.
  5. Project Management: Oversee technical projects from conception to completion. Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects align with client expectations and are delivered within scope and budget.
  6. Market Analysis and Solution Innovation: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform solution development. Analyze market demands and competitor solutions to continuously innovate and enhance our technical offerings.
  7. Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term client relationships by providing outstanding service and support. Address technical issues promptly, ensure client satisfaction with solutions implemented, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a deep interest in technology and IT solutions engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing credibility and rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing technical environments.
  • Ability to travel for client engagements, conferences, and industry events as needed.
