Overview: We are looking for a forward-thinking and analytical individual to join our team as a Research Analyst. This role is ideal for those passionate about emerging technology solutions and trends. The Research Analyst will engage in hands-on exercises within lab environments, analyze new technologies, and translate their findings into comprehensive reports and insightful articles.

Responsibilities:

1. Technology Research: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technology solutions and trends. Stay updated with advancements in fields such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, XaaS, AI, IoT, and more.
2. Lab Experiments and Analysis: Undertake hands-on exercises in lab environments to test and understand new technologies. Analyze the capabilities, advantages, and limitations of these technologies.
3. Publishing Findings: Compile research findings into detailed reports, articles, and presentations. Ensure that these publications are clear, accurate, and accessible to a wide range of audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze technology market trends. Provide insights on how these trends could impact various industries and identify potential opportunities or risks.
5. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and marketing, to provide research insights that can guide customer strategies and industry reports.
6. Presentations and Workshops: Present findings and insights at internal meetings, workshops, and external conferences. Engage with the broader technology community to share knowledge and stay informed about industry perspectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills with a passion for technology and innovation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in a lab environment or hands-on technical experiments is a plus.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
