Overview: We are seeking a creative and skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a knack for creating effective online campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various digital platforms, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and the company website. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to optimize future marketing efforts.
  2. Content Creation and Management: Craft engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all digital platforms.
  3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence. Plan and execute social media campaigns, engage with the audience, and analyze social media trends to optimize engagement and reach.
  4. SEO/SEM Campaigns: Develop and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase website visibility and traffic. Monitor analytics and adjust strategies as needed to improve search rankings and online visibility.
  5. Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, analyze open and click-through rates, and make adjustments to improve effectiveness.
  6. Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies. Utilize insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.
  7. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with business goals. Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including content creation, social media management, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
